COUPLES CAN LEARN TO IMPROVE THE WAY THEY COMMUNICATE!

LEARN TO RAP! - THE REFLECTIVE AGREEMENT PROCESS

When couples have disagreements, they often can end up being angry with each other, and start a cycle toward dissolving their relationship because it seems they just cannot communicate. Most couples who break up say "poor communication" was the main cause.

The reality is that they "lack" the communication skills that can be used to get through the tough stuff. Most couples don't even know such skills exist. THERE IS A BETTER WAY!

The REFLECTIVE AGREEMENT PROCESS (RAP) is a set of skills that does just that - HELPS COUPLES TO COMMUNICATE ABOUT DIFFICULT ISSUES!

The skills can be learned in several sessions with supervision. The skills incorporate gentle, respectful methods that make sure both parties are equally listened to in an honorable way. It starts with an agreement the couples make to NOT put down, attack, blame, accuse or be sarcastic with each other.

Whether dating, in a long term relationship or married, these methods can make a mjor difference in the way your and your Lover relate to each other.
