"John Hawley has done the CPR and First Aid training at Belchertown Day School for the past 3 years. He consistently does a thorough job teaching both the technical knowledge and practical skills that childcare professionals need to know. Both veteran teachers and those just starting out find that they get exactly the training that they want and need. As Executive Director of the school, I am always assured that our staff of 22 are ably trained to respond to a situation requiring the skills learned from Mr Hawley. I would highly recommend First Start Medical Training to anyone who wants or needs to know what to do and how to do it!"

"My name is James Phaneuf and I own Bell & Hudson Insurance Agency in Belchertown Massachusetts. My Staff and I recently completed a CPR and First Aid Certification program taught by John Hawley of First Start Medical Training."
"It was so convenient having John come to our office after hours to conduct the course. Most of us were somewhat daunted by the subject matter, but John's expert training and sensitive nature guided us through the steps with confidence."
"Our office is very busy with customers coming in to pay bills, update insurance information, etc... With the volume of people that we interact with, I think it just makes sense that we are trained to help in the case of an on-site emergency. John taught us that "seconds count" while you are waiting for the professional emergency personnel to arrive, and now we can make those seconds count!
"John Hawley and First Start Medical Training are an excellent combination for informed, articulate and hands-on medical training. Become a better citizen and get Certified today!"
