Ellen Mulqueen, M.A., is a Certified Expert Resume Writer and a Certified Electronic Career Coach. She is a three-time nominee for the TORI (Toast of the Resume Industry) Award, and has her resumes published in many resume books. She has also published articles online (google her name to read some of these articles). She regularly attends professional conferences to learn the latest techniques in the field.

Following a distinguished career in higher education management, Ms. Mulqueen worked for five years as a vocational counselor at the prestigious Institute of Living, a psychiatric hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. She often worked with individuals with spotty work records (sometimes including a history of incarceration), and coached them on how to handle these issues when applying and interviewing for jobs.

She now has her own business, and can work with individuals face-to-face or by phone, email, or instant messaging.
