What Are the General Rules?

1. These Rules are the entire agreement between you and ValleyLists, they govern your use of ValleyLists, and they take precedence over any prior agreements which may have existed between you and ValleyLists. These Rules, the relationship between you and ValleyLists, and any disputes between you and ValleyLists shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2. The failure of ValleyLists to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Rules is found by an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the arbitrator or court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Rules remain in full force and effect.
