What Rights Are Reserved by ValleyLists, LLC and the Beech Grove Company?

1. ValleyLists reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion (but not the obligation) to:

a. delete, suspend, deactivate, terminate, block, remove, or move, temporarily or permanently, your Listing, anything you have posted, or your ability to post to ValleyLists, totally or partially, immediately and with or without notice to you, if ValleyLists determines that what you have posted or included in your Listing anything which violates the letter or spirit of these Rules;

b. establish limits on your use of ValleyLists including the amount of time your post or Listing is available on ValleyLists, the number and size of your postings and Listings, and the frequency with which you may access ValleyLists; AND/OR

c. change, suspend, or discontinue some or all of ValleyLists at any time with or without notice to you.

2. Valley Lists, LLC reserves the right to create one or more separate limited liability companies or corporations for each local area served by ValleyLists and to assign some or all of its rights and responsibilities under these Rules to successor entity(ies).

3. Valley Lists, LLC possesses the exclusive right to use the entire software system used on ValleyLists in ValleyLists’ service area as a licensee under an agreement with The Beech Grove Company, which has reserved to itself the maximum copyright protection of the said entire software system. Any reproduction (whether directly or by copying/reproducing to any other server or location) modification, creation of derivative works from, redistribution of the said entire software system or any portion thereof is expressly prohibited. Any attempted or actual decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or discovering of any source code contained in the said software system is expressly prohibited.

4. ValleyLists reserves to itself the maximum copyright protection of all of the information posted or listed on ValleyLists (whether as an individual piece of information or as a collective work and/or compilation) as is permitted by copyright laws, as well as international treaties and conventions. Any reproduction (whether directly or by copying/reproducing to any other server or location) modification, creation of derivative works from, redistribution of anything posted on ValleyLists or any portion thereof is expressly prohibited.

5. The Beech Grove Company claims full common law tradename and registered trademark rights in the name “ValleyLists”, the name “ValleyLists.com”, and any logos used in conjunction with these tradenames on the web site. “ValleyLists” is a registered mark in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Any use of the said tradenames or trademarks without the specific written permission of The Beech Grove Company is expressly prohibited. ValleyLists, LLC uses the said tradenames and trademarks under a license agreement with The Beech Grove Company.
