Shelburne Falls Yoga Studio is located on Deerfield Ave. in the center of Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, down by the potholes. Take Route 2 west off I-91.

A bright, beautiful and spacious studio with exquisite wood floors and lots of windows overlooking the Deerfield River.

Monthly Passes

Pre-paid passes are good only from the 1st-31st of each month.

Our Yoga Style Is best described as eclectic. You will find influences of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, and classic Hatha yoga in a relaxed and supportive environment. Class Info and Schedule

Beyond Yoga We recognize there are many paths to opening the body and clutivating awareness. We invite teachers of different traditions to offer classes in Tai chi, Qigong, Dance, healing modalities and meditation.

An interactive workbook to inspire and support you on your unique path to health and fitness. In honor of the diversity of women, this guide offers a diversity of yoga and exercise programs, along with a starter kit of information to get you going.

The Yoga & Fitness Guide for Women is comprised of three parts:

* Educational tips, and basic guidelines for practicing yoga and fitness,

* 20 programs for yoga, physioballs, bands, free-weights and abdominals.

* Daily Health Journal to record your experiments with yoga, exercise and nutrition, chart your menstrual cycles and monthly breast exams, keep track of other personal health concerns, and to integrate new healthy habits into your life.
